A judge ordered Latausha Nedd to remain held without bond at her recent court appearance 10/15/2015. Despite what Nedd’s attorney claimed the judge still felt that Nedd’s words were threats and that she should remain incarcerated. The judge scorned Nedd over the content of her videos and asked her “Do you think this is going to make the country any better?”
“you show two police officers and say it’s open season on killing cracker cops. Does that fix the problems we have in this country or does that add to the problems we have in this country?”
A group of protesters lead by none other than palmetto star showed up to yell “Free Empress” as well as “F*** the police” in the parking lot. Police politely asked the protesters to refrain from using profanity but they refused and continued to cause problems throughout the day. Common things yelled were “Black Power” and “F*** the police” between all the foul language. A witness to the scene had a hard time understanding their chants. He was quoted as saying “I don’t speak stupid”.
