On August 3rd 2015, Nocturnus Libertus burnt an American flag and then proceeded to flush it down the toilet. Nocturnus Libertus was recently banned from Facebook for starting the Sh*T on America flag challenge. After this incident blew over she re-activated a page that was closed due to a federal court order and resumed her usual activities, and with the same following of 4000 likes.
Nocturnus Libertus lost around 6000 followers when she was banned from Facebook for the Sh*t Flag Challenge. She instantly regained a majority of these followers when she re-activated a page that was closed due to a court order. Nocturnus Libertus re-activated the Eric Sheppard Support Initiative page and changed “Nocturnus Libertus”. This page was closed as a condition of Eric Sheppard’s bail after he was detained.
When Eric Sheppard was arrested in Florida after his run from the law, one of the conditions set for his bail was no social media interaction. Libertus posted a message about this on the Eric Sheppard Support page on Twitter and then closed both accounts, at least that’s what we though. The condition was no social media interaction, the accounts were to be closed, however Libertus just temporarily deactivated the account and then reactivated it when nobody was looking.
And as I’m sure you’ve all guessed, yes it violates a court order, but no, it does not violate Facebook’s Community standards though she was banned from Facebook a month ago for the same thing.
